"Within a 515 sq foot container lies a home of whimsy. Something that boasts its visual fragrance from doorstep onwards. Oak finger parquet flooring set the scene from its foundation. Light sourced from sash windows gently lead to clerestory slices to finally become a malleable surface on lime textile walls. Folding doors framed in meranti and eucalyptus timber serve dually; as parchment between rooms and gateway to expansive living. Floral motifs, singular wet room tiles, red drenched fireplace – the little things in life. Magic is often lost through time – Flat 1 is testament that it still exists in secrecy."
